Don and his wife Kathy served as missionaries in South Africa for twenty-two years. He then pastored two churches in Minnesota. Currently, Don and Kathy serve in Member Care for missionaries and pastors worldwide.
Don holds a bachelor’s degree from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, a master’s degree in theology from Bethany Theological Seminary in Dothan, Alabama, and a Master's and Doctor of Ministry from Luther Rice Seminary in Lithonia, Georgia.
Currently, he is working on a PhD in Christian Counseling at Louisiana Baptist University.
He also holds several certifications and training in Critical Incident Stress Management, Chaplaincy, Life Coaching, Depression Recovery, and other disciplines.
Don and Kathy are professional life coaches who have received training from the Professional Christian Coaching Institute.
Don is the CEO of Mingo Coaching Group. He and his wife, Kathy, offer coaching, care, and counsel to leaders worldwide.
Don has severe PTSD plus Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy. Learning to deal with his monumental obstacles uniquely enables him to encourage others.
